1. Strictly, NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS after the items/ products have been secured.2. If cancellation is unavoidable, 50% of the item/ product price will be applied.3. All items/ products require a non-refundable downpayment (NRDP), or best, full payment.4. Some items/ products are not recommended for sensitive buyers/ collectors as some (but not all) have minimal manufacturing defects (e.g., corner dents, marks, lines, etc.).5. Always provide/ send receipts of your payment as a proof of transaction.
NO RECEIPT = NO TRANSACTION.6. After receiving your parcels, an unedited and uncut UNBOXING VIDEO that shows the whole parcel and waybill is required. This is for transparency and to help facilitate refund process if ever there are problems with your orders.7. The seller has the right to cancel your order if the items/ products have not been paid by the posted deadline of payment (DOP).8. Strictly no rush shipping. Kindly wait for the seller to prepare and pack your orders. Once packed, the seller will ship your orders as soon as possible or if ever there are free time.
